Items Needed for session 1:

• Sacred or protective objects to ensure safety in "The Realm"
• A comfortable spot, an office or chair with enough space to do Vitruvian Man
• Music, any form, such as "knocking on Heavens Door" participants own instruments (like a guitar), recordings, or other music of their choosing
• Symbols representing the triangle, circle and heart for the three movements of love, compassion, forgiveness and joy
• A bandanna (necessary for all sessions)
• Pictures of simple symbols and crop circles (nice to have but not necessary)
• Happy thoughts and a goal or accomplishment wanted
