A comfortable spot, an office or chair with enough space to do Vitruvian Man

Music, any form, such as "knocking on Heavens Door" participants own instruments (like a guitar), recordings, or other music of their choosing

Symbols representing the triangle, circle and heart for the three movements of love, compassion, forgiveness and joy

A bandanna (necessary for all sessions)

Pictures of simple symbols and crop circles (nice to have but not necessary)

Happy thoughts and a goal or accomplishment wanted
